Hello, this is FANNSTAR.


We would like to inform FANNSTAR event winners about how to exchange tickets for 2026 TMA.

To ensure smooth ticket pickup and venue entry, please make sure to check the information below in advance. Please note that disadvantages may occur if you do not check the notice beforehand.


■ Ticket Booth Operation Guide

- The ticket exchange booth will be located across from the luggage storage area in front of the entrance gate.



- There are no designated booths for each event. (Ticket exchange is available at any FANNSTAR ticket booth, regardless of the event you won.)

- The FANNSTAR booth will operate from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Ticket exchange may be restricted outside booth operating hours, so please make sure to visit during the operating hours.

- Tickets will be exchanged after confirming the winner’s identity and winning information at the FANNSTAR booth. For identity verification, please make sure to bring a valid ID, such as a resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, youth ID card, mobile ID, alien registration card, or family relationship certificate.

- Duplicate winnings are allowed for ticket events held by FANNSTAR. Once the winner’s identity is verified, you may receive all tickets won through duplicate winnings. Separate identity verification will not be conducted for companions.

- For smooth ticket exchange, please prepare your winning information page or winning notification text message on your mobile phone screen before visiting, and present it to the staff along with your ID.

- The seat grade and location of the winning tickets will be assigned at random and can be checked on-site on the day of the event.

- Depending on on-site conditions, it may be difficult to provide adjacent seats. However, adjacent seats will be provided as much as possible when available.

 



■ Venue Entry Guide

- Entry will begin at 3:00 PM, and please make sure to complete entry before 6:00 PM.

- If your ticket is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued and entry will not be allowed. Please take care of your ticket.

- For wheelchair users, staff will guide you to your seat after checking on-site conditions.


■ Important Notes

- Rainbow Stars used when applying for tickets are collected as a deposit to prevent no-shows and will be refunded only to those who attend 2026 TMA.

- If there is an error in your registered winner information or if it needs to be corrected, please contact us through FANNSTAR Suggestions/Inquiries.

The 2026 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (TMA) Final Ticket Event will be held on FANNSTAR.

- Event Schedule
Period: September 3 (Thu), 13:00 (KST) – (※ Closes once all tickets are claimed)

- How to Participate
Simply click the Apply button and use Rainbow Stars to secure your ticket right away!

- Ticket Information
1. Tickets will be provided at random among VVIP, VIP, R, and S seats.
2. The seat grade and location of the confirmed ticket will be assigned at random and can be checked on-site on the day of the event.

- Important Notes
1. Tickets will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis in the order that information registration is completed.
2. Rainbow Stars are used to prevent no-shows and will be refunded only to those who attend TMA. Refunded Rainbow Stars can be used freely within FANNSTAR.
3. If there is an error in the information you entered, please leave an inquiry through FANNSTAR Suggestions/Inquiries.
4. Once information registration is completed, ticket cancellation will not be possible.
5. You may apply for this event regardless of whether you won the first ticket event.
6. The final number of tickets applied for will be displayed only for users who complete registration for the Final Ticket Event.
7. Users who only participated in the first ticket event will be able to check their previously registered information after the Final Ticket Event ends.

Hello, Here is the information regarding the FANNSTAR TMA Ticket Event.
The results of the 2026 TMA Ticket Event, which closed at 1:00 PM on August 24, will be available starting at 1:00 PM on August 26.

Please make sure to read the following information before checking your result.


[Winner & Ticket Confirmation]

- Event winners will first be selected as provisional winners.
- Among the provisional winners, tickets will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis for those who use 3,000 Rainbow Stars as a deposit and complete their winner information registration.
- Information registration may close early once all available tickets have been allocated.
- Each confirmed winner will receive 2 tickets through this event.


[Deposit Information]

- 3,000 Rainbow Stars will be used as a deposit when registering the winner’s information.
- The deposit is intended to prevent no-shows and will be refunded on the day of the event only to members who actually attend the 2026 TMA.
- Refunded Rainbow Stars may be used freely within FANNSTAR.


※ Being selected as a provisional winner does not guarantee a ticket. Tickets will be finalized in the order that the deposit is submitted and winner information registration is completed.
